Admission For The School Section

A student seeking admission to any class in VVEHS will be eligible for admission to that class only if he/she:
No person who is under the sentence of restriction or is expelled from any board/school or debarred from appearing in the examination for whatever reasons by any board or school shall be admitted to Vidya Vihar English High School and Junior College.
Admission will be regulated as per the rules and regulations of the Maharashtra Government.
Readmission should be done for std I and VIII for regular students. Admission should be done before the prescribed date and as per the procedure given by the school management.

Admission For Std. XI (FYJC) And XII (SYJC) Commerce

Admission to class XI and XII will be open only to the students who have passed or are equivalent in reasons by the secondary education board: Secondary school examination conducted by the Board.
For obtaining an eligibility certificate from the board, the principal of our school (to which admission is being sought) will submit full details of the case and relevant documents with his/her own remarks/recommendation to the board.
The eligibility certificate may be issued by the board only after the board is satisfied that the course of study undergone and the examination passed are equivalent to the corresponding class of this board.
Fee Waivers
  • Do scholarships cover all expenses?
    The expenses covered by the scholarship depend on its type. Covered expenses may include tuition fees, textbooks, living costs, and more.

    Yes, it is possible to apply to multiple scholarships. However, please contact our office to understand the eligibility criteria.

    Scholarships can be based on both merit and financial need.
  • Can a student reapply for the scholarship?
    Yes, students can reapply for the scholarship next year, provided they continue to meet the eligibility criteria.
Fee Policy
  1. All fees should be paid before the last date given by the institution’s management. Late fees will be charged at Rs. 200.
  2. Fees can be deposited in Bharat Co-op Bank (M) Limited.
  3. The re-admission amount should be paid in the school’s office.
  4. Parents can pay fees in cash, cheque or online.
  5. The cheque should be crossed and drawn in favour of ‘VIDYA VIHAR ENGLISH SCHOOL.’ At the backside of the cheque, the parent should write the student’s name, std, gr. no. and the parent’s contact number.
  6. Fee entries in the school calendar/Almanac will be done 12-15 days after the cheque payment. But it is necessary that the students should be present and must possess the school calendar. In case the fee entries are not done, send a note to the class teacher.
  7. If the cheque is dishonoured for any reason, Rs. 500 will be charged.
  8. Once online payment is done, parents should provide the Transaction ID number with all details to the office and collect the receipt.
  9. Without sharing the Transaction ID and other details, a fee receipt cannot be made, and the fees will be considered as unpaid.
  10. Fees counter timings are 07:30 AM to 01:00 PM (Mon to Sat). The office will be closed on public holidays.
  11. Parents/guardians should verify the entries in the fees card after payment.
  12. Pupils who have not paid fees in time will not be permitted to appear for the examination, and the result will be on hold.
  13. The calendar/Almanac is compulsory to be produced in the office for fee payment and entry.
  14. Fees cheque deposited on the result day does not mean that the fees are cleared. It is only when the cheque is passed/cleared by the bank. Till that date, the result will be on hold. Once the cheque gets cleared, the result will be given.
  15. Parents are instructed to follow the timings and rules for efficient and proper working.
